    1. Hi Jennifer. The recipe is pretty simple 🙂 – salmon fillets seasoned with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper + olive oil and grilled (or baked in the oven), avocado is simply mashed with salt and lemon juice, creamy spinach > defrost and boil with a little bit of chicken stock until liquid has reduced, then add butter and 3-4 Tbs of full-fat cream cheese, garlic & salt. I hope you will try this, the spinach with butter & cream cheese is to die for 🙂
